This list shows the providers and commisssioners associated with a tariff configuration for a given date. Tariff configurations are active between their start and end dates and applied to data submitted by associated providers between those dates. Providers are associated with a tariff configuration by either being nominated by the commissioner responsible for the configuration or by having clinics located within the districts of commissioners associated with the configuration. Commissioners are associated with a tariff configuration either because they have commissioned the configuration directly, or because a clinic belonging to a provider associated with a configuration is located within the commissioner's district. Filter the list by a commissioner or provider name (or their ODS code), filter on a configuration valid for particular date, filter on just commissioners or just providers.
Updated guidance for cross charging Sexual Health Services: Key Principles for Cross Charging, endorsed by the Local Government Association, Public Health England and the Association of Directors of Public Health. para 3.7 "The price charged by providers to all local authorities should not be more than the rate agreed for attendances by local residents."
Tariff configurations with a status of 'Live' have been approved by the Local Host Commissioner and are used for calculating chargeable tariffs. Configurations with a status of 'Shadow' have been approved by the Local Host Commissioner and are used for calculating tariffs that may or may not be actively used for charging (eg during COVID some providers were working under a local block contract and charging for OOA non-contracted activity by an agreed tariff). A tariff configuration with a 'Draft' status is under construction, it is not possible for a provider to make a tariff calculation using a configuration while it is in this state.
